Based on my experience from managing other forums, the Admin or the moderators are NOT responsible for any trades done. (especially if non clan members read your WTB/WTS/WTT and wish to deal with you)

means....you can trade with anyone, but be wary whom you deal with. Clan members you know them, but non-clan members who u never heard b4, just be wary when they start PM u using this forum
