Admin from EU Server: At present e-mail on which the character is registered is the one of the main ways to discover the right ownership of the character. Many players can not or do not wish to store this information and keep it secret and for themself, this leads to weight of problems in case of breaking and to define the owner of the character extremely inconveniently and hard. Not to mention that trading characters is forbidden by our rules. There was a situation in which the administration found it difficult to make a decision in occasion of the hacked character. At present time the administration has decided to assign all the responsibility for their own characters to the players.
1 - Administration is giving players a chance to regain they “borrowed” characters from their friends and etc until 7th of April.
2 - On 7th of April every character will get their own unique ID code.
2.1 - This ID code will be show in a special window to character next time he logs in after that.
2.2 - This ID code will not appear in the game or on web page after that. It will only be asked in case of lost control over your character (Hacking, forgot registration email and etc).
2.3 – The ID code will only be show once! No second showings will be made.
2.4 – Losing ID code is equal losing your character in doubtful cases.
2.5 – To precede with the game you will need to type in “AGREE” in the window with the ID code. This means that you have read and understood.
2.6 – Do not tell this ID code to other people.
2.7 – In case of issues with several request for ownership of character – the one with the code will be the rightful owner.
NOTE: In case of several people with knowledge of the ID code, the person who comes with the request first will be the rightful owner.
Short summary: The person who has the ID code is the rightful character owner. The one that have logged on the character first will see the code (on 7th April or later). If your character is used by another person you have until 7th April to get it back. Messages like “I forgot the code”, “I have lost the code” or “somebody stole the code” is useless and will not be noted. If you give your code to another person is equal to giving your character away.
Do not miss, do not forget and do not give it away and your character will be safe!
